AgilityProfit, XP and account fit
Requirements
Mandatory and recommended are kept separate
Hard requirements
Required for Darkmeyer and the Hallowed Sepulchre.
One of these is required to open the Grand Hallowed Coffin.
The profit route can require 66 Thieving, 54 Prayer, 56 Construction and 62 Ranged.
Recommended
Reduce time and failure risk on their corresponding treasure encounters.
Improves coffin opening and preserves time.
Adds one minute but consumes marks that otherwise have value.
Six completions is more realistic while learning; seven requires minimal mistakes.
Location and access
Darkmeyer
Enter Darkmeyer after Sins of the Father and use the Hallowed Sepulchre entrance in the north-east of the city.
Start from Floor 1 and reach Floor 5 before the timer expires. Hallowed tokens can add time while learning.

Method
A repeatable practical cycle
Loot Floors 4 and 5 for profit, or skip lower-value coffins to protect completion speed and Agility XP.
Commit only after the flame, sword, lightning and teleport patterns create a safe opening.
Resolve the matching treasure encounters quickly and keep enough supplies for the final floors.
Open it with 84 Thieving or 92 Agility after completing Floor 5.
Restock consumables, replace lockpick charges and adjust the route if the timer is consistently tight.
XP vs profit
What changes the tradeoff
Floor 5 access now requires 87 Agility. The Grand Hallowed Coffin requires either 84 Thieving or 92 Agility. Looting more coffins raises expected profit but reduces Agility XP/hr.
Profitability
Wiki reference plus your assumptions
Expected profit depends on market prices, pace and the Wiki method assumptions.
Missing assumptions are not treated as zero.
Common mistakes
Method-specific checks
Assuming Floor 5 still requires 92 Agility instead of the current 87
Reaching the Grand Coffin without 84 Thieving or 92 Agility
Looting early coffins before the final-floor timer is consistent
Using a seven-completion estimate while still relying on tokens
Useful upgrades
Improvements that affect this method
Reduce time on Magic and Prayer encounters.
Improve the Ranged and Construction coffin interactions.
Shortens lock interactions and preserves the timer.
Allows the Grand Coffin without 84 Thieving.
