Required to enter the course without a temporary boost.
Wilderness Agility Course
Run the deep-Wilderness course for Agility XP and streak-based loot while pricing the entry payment and realistic player-killer losses.
Profit, XP and account fit
Requirements
Mandatory and recommended are kept separate
Hard requirements
The course is in approximately level 50 to 56 Wilderness.
Paid from the inventory to enable dispenser loot. The fee is lost on death or when leaving the course.
Required in the inventory for the dispenser to award the paid course loot. It cannot be destroyed inside the course.
Recommended
A +5 boost can meet the level 52 entrance requirement, but repeated boosting is less convenient than the base level.
Bring only items whose death loss you understand.
Supports obstacle damage, skeleton damage and escape attempts.
The dispenser restores run energy during the normal lap route, so energy supplies are mainly escape support.
Only relevant when carried gear value justifies the Prayer point cost.
Location and access
Level 50 to 56 Wilderness
Use the Ice Plateau or Ghorrock teleport area, a Wilderness obelisk route or another deliberate deep-Wilderness route.
Scout the course entrance, set player-attack options safely and check death loss before paying the dispenser.
Gear progression
Only equipment that changes this method
Replaceable course setup
Agility and escapeKeep weight low and death loss small while learning the course and exit routes.
- Graceful pieces only if the loss is acceptable
- Spotted or spottier cape
- Boots of lightness
- Ring of dueling
- High-healing food
Measured defensive setup
Agility and escapeAdd only defensive items that materially improve survival without making each death too expensive.
- Black dragonhide body and chaps
- Crystal shield
- Phoenix necklace
- Ring of suffering (i) only if protected
- Combo food

Method
A repeatable practical cycle
Check the exact kept items, 150,000 coin fee, open looting bag and carried supplies before entering.
Travel through deep Wilderness with the minimap and logout option visible.
Pay the dispenser from your inventory, complete every obstacle in order and tag it after each valid lap. Loot goes into the open looting bag.
Tagging the dispenser restores run energy, so reserve optional energy supplies for a player-killer escape.
Monitor nearby players. Leaving or dying loses the fee, while logging out inside keeps the fee but removes 10 reward laps from the counter.
Compare the secured loot with the fee and expected death loss before extending the session.
XP vs profit
What changes the tradeoff
Continuous laps build the reward counter and improve GP per lap. Wilderness agility tickets can be saved and redeemed in larger batches for more bonus XP, while death or leaving ends the paid loot session.
Profitability
Wiki reference plus your assumptions
Expected profit depends on market prices, pace and the Wiki method assumptions.
Missing assumptions are not treated as zero.
Wilderness risk
50 to 56 Wilderness
The entry payment, carried supplies and unprotected equipment can be lost. Treat any headline Wiki amount as gross before your own death-loss assumption.
- Course gate and surrounding terrain
- Logout before combat when safe
- Freeze or entangle and create distance
- Use deep-Wilderness transport only after reaching it safely
Common mistakes
Method-specific checks
Treating gross course loot as safe net profit
Risking valuable Graceful pieces without checking death protection
Starting a chase with low run energy
Waiting for a player-killer to attack before choosing an exit route
Useful upgrades
Improvements that affect this method
Often improves long-run net profit more than a small XP increase.
Keeps laps and escapes moving without unnecessary weight.
Reduces hesitation when another player appears.
Reduces obstacle failure and makes the lap cycle more consistent.
