Reach a Shrine of Ralos in Varlamore. The Bazaar bank route is accessible, while Outer Fortis with Renu and a fast whistle is quicker.
If using twisted extract, unlock the Scar Essence Mine during Desert Treasure II and buy only enough extract for the planned session.
