A repeatable practical cycle
Fund the coffer
Deposit enough coins for the session and pay the foreman separately if below 60 Smithing.
Set the coal pattern
Use one mixed adamantite and coal load followed by the additional coal loads needed to maintain three coal per bar, collecting during the planned coal trip.
Collect the bars
Equip Ice gloves or Smiths' gloves (i), take the bars and bank them before the output buffer fills.
Repeat at a measured pace
Use 2,700 bars/hr only as the upper reference for the current guide. Ore and coal buy limits can constrain sessions longer than about two hours when all materials are bought immediately.
