Minimum level to pickpocket Master Farmers.
Pickpocketing Master Farmers
Pickpocket Master Farmers for seed loot, with profitability driven by Thieving success rate, Rogue equipment and Farming level.
ThievingProfit, XP and account fit
Requirements
Mandatory and recommended are kept separate
Hard requirements
The full set guarantees double loot and is essential to the advertised profit method.
Required for the level 94 no-fail Wiki rate.
Recommended
Used by the Wiki estimate because Farming level improves valuable herb-seed rates.
Doubles every successful seed drop.
Stores common seeds and delays banking.
Can reduce stuns before the no-fail breakpoint.
Talking to Martin can keep him stationary within the documented area.
Location and access
Draynor Village, North Ardougne or Farming Guild
Use Martin the Master Gardener in Draynor for a stable target and nearby food shop, or a trapped Master Farmer in North Ardougne.
Players with 85 Farming can use the north wing of the Farming Guild and trap the farmer near the Celastrus patch.

Method
A repeatable practical cycle
Use Draynor, North Ardougne or the Farming Guild based on access and banking.
Partial Rogue equipment does not provide guaranteed double loot.
Treat the Wiki maximum as a 94 Thieving, Ardougne Hard and 85 Farming estimate.
Heal before a failure could defeat the character and bank when the seed box or inventory is full.
XP vs profit
What changes the tradeoff
Each successful pickpocket gives 43 Thieving XP. Below the no-fail breakpoint, stun time lowers both XP and profit. Farming level also changes valuable herb-seed rates, with 85 Farming used by the Wiki profit model.
Profitability
Wiki reference plus your assumptions
Expected profit depends on market prices, pace and the Wiki method assumptions.
Missing assumptions are not treated as zero.
Common mistakes
Method-specific checks
Using the maximum Wiki GP/hr at 38 Thieving
Ignoring the 85 Farming assumption in the valuable-seed table
Wearing an incomplete Rogue set
Letting seed inventory clutter force unnecessary banks
Useful upgrades
Improvements that affect this method
Doubles all successful loot.
Improves success chance and supports the no-fail breakpoint.
Improves valuable herb-seed rates.
Reaches no-fail with the diary bonus.
